PRIVACY POLICY

Claims Adjusters Now (CAN) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of the information we collect.  This statement explains the policies we follow with respect to the handling of customer information collected by CAN.

Collection of Information:

We collect, retain and use information about you only for specific business purposes and where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products and services to you.  The information is used to protect and administer your records, account, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; and to help us design and enhance our products and service offerings so that we may provide you with best in class products, services, and superior customer support.

We do not license, sell, rent or trade any collected business information, including contact information or specific information about your accounts or other personally identifiable information unles: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) information is provided to help complete a transaction inititated by you; (3) information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or (4) the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or requested.

For research purposes, we may use such information to generate statistics on candidate activity including placement history, but these research initiatives will never include any personally identifiable information without authorized candidate consent.

Third Parties:

As necessary for us to provide our services to you, CAN may provide personally identifiable information about you to a party outside our affiliated companies, such as a vendor or service company that we hire to prepare your account statements or to provide support or services for one or more of our products.  These vendors and service companies agree to respect the confidentiality of such information about you and must abide by applicable law.

Security Measures:

CAN has implemented a number of security measure to protect your information.  Your information is protected on secure networks and is accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to such systems.  CAN updates and tests its technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to ensure the integrity of our information on a regular basis.

Modifications to Privacy Policy:

CAN reserves the right to change the privacy policy, along with any related provision at any time.
